資料庫簡介：Conditions and Politics in Occupied Western Europe, 1940-1945 收錄來自於英國外交部關於二次大戰期間德國納粹佔領歐洲各國時的資料檔案，如：當時德國試圖說服佔領國中的重要團體的過程，這些國家對於德國佔領的反應及影響，第一個反抗組織的創立，以及德國入侵蘇俄事件後的影響。此資料庫提供由劍橋大學Dr Michael Stenton從將近1,000個檔案中挑選出超過22,000筆的紀錄，也有新委託重要學者撰寫與這些文件相關的專題評論、二次大戰年表、SOE(Special Operations Executive)計畫和SOE電影- Now it can be told (1946)拍攝設備及剪輯的照片檔案。而專題評論有：
